"Gaby's treasure map seems to lead to a series of treasure chests hidden all around the archipelago. You will need to be very observant to find them all." — Journal Description
Treasure Map & Key is an activity available in Tchia. It is started by speaking with Gaby in Weliwele before going to meet Louise at the cliffside in Chapter V - Ieji Sinöe. The Treasure Map can be toggled while viewing the Map. It is a drawing that depicts a location and where to find the treasure chest. There are 21 Treasure Chests scattered around the archipelago. Treasure Chests must be completed in order, with each chest awarding Tchia with a unique cosmetic or Stamina Fruit as well as the next Treasure map and key. Soul-Melodies are especially helpful in finding treasure chests as several chests require explosives, digging, and cutting to uncover and open. Finding and opening all Treasure Chests will unlock the "Historian" Trophy/Achievement. Additionally, opening all Treasures Chests is required for 100% completion.

1. Old Key
"To whomever finds these notes, you are probably on a quest to learn more about "Them", like I was. Here is a map to the next chest and the key to open it. I also found this strange mask in one of their camps. I'll store it here until I figure out what to do with it. Im taking a big risk writing this down, but I need to share my findings before it's too late." - Wael
"I'm not sure I understand their enrollment process yet. Where do they get new recruits? I was able to snatch this piece of uniform from one of their camps. I've looked for clues but there is really nothing special about it outside of that symbol on the back." - Wael
Travel east up the hill from the last chest. The treasure can be found in a cave can be found to the right of a cliff.

"I witnessed something today. A group of people were forced inside an aircraft and taken away. Why would they need prisoners? I need to find out more. They flew away in a hurry and left a crate behind. I found this old piece of cloth inside." - Wael
Located in the central island within Hua. Possessing a crab is required to cut the three chains covering the treasure chest.

"It seems like the abductions are getting more and more frequent recently. That might be my only chance to find out what exactly is going on. Tomorrow I will get in one of those aircrafts. I've been building up strength with these delicious fruits recently. I'll store some here, just in case." - Wael
South of the last treasure chest, an owl drawing can be seen on the crater wall. This marks the entrance to an underwater cave. Inside is a Rock Balancing activity which unlocks the Infinite Breath Bubble Soul-Melody. This can be used to reach the treasure chest further into the cave.
"I heard a raid was happening in a nearby village and I managed to get taken away in one of their aircraft with about a dozen other people. Call me crazy, but it worked! I barely had time to stash this wooden mask I found before leaving. We were blindfolded the whole way. Upon landing, all the people who screamed or struggled were taken somewhere else. I don't know what happened to them. I stayed calm and was taken aside. I don't remember exactly what happened next." - Wael
Northwest of Dok on the eastern side of Ija Nöj. Along the coast a cave entrance with an owl drawing can be seen within a cliffside. Explosives must be used to clear the entrance to enter the cave to get to the treasure.

"I woke up in the middle of nowhere on Madra Noj with a terrible headache. By my side was a bag with a uniform and a note: 'Be on Pûrû Jaa on the next New Moon'." - Mael
Directly east of the Gwa Dock at Madra Nöj up the hill. The chest's location is marked by a large white owl drawing on the rock. To enter the small opening, possess a rock from the rock pile to reach the treasure.

"I've been continuing my investigation while I wait for the New Moon. They seem to be storing a lot of fabric and clothes. People are agitated. The rumor is spreading that something has happened to the King. I've even heard of Meavora being mentioned. What the hell is going on?' - Wael
Located slightly north of the Food Stand that is directly north of Xupi Maano. It is buried beside a large tree with a owl drawing. The treasure can be accessed by possessing a Dog or Pig and using dig on the mound of dirt.

"There has been no appearance from the King in over two weeks now. I'm starting to worry that something bad is happening. The New Moon is in three days. I really don't know what to expect but I've been keeping up with the fruit diet just in case." - Wael
Located south of the Campfire beside Pwara Nyaa on Madra Nöj. The chest is blocked by rocks which can be cleared with explosives. A crab is then needed to cut the chains on the chest.

"I am not sure what day it is, I just woke up on Ija Nöj. As instructed, I waited on Pûrû Jaa on the night of the New Moon. Shortly after midnight, an aircraft -smaller than the ones I'm used to- landed nearby. I was blindfolded, but unlike the first time I wasn't manhandled at all. We flew for a while, and upon arrival, I was put in an empty room where a strange man with a goatee asked me many questions. He seems to be their leader? I stayed calm. He told me to expect them again on the next New Moon. I think I passed some kind of test? I am getting closer. A mysterious old man gave me this mask and left without saying a word." - Wael
Located at Sei in the middle of Ija Nöj. A cave can be found beside the path near the suspension bridge which has a wooden pole by the entrance. Once inside, use the Invoke Dog Soul Melody to dig the chest up.

"As expected, I was brought to the headquarters on the New Moon. I'm still not sure why I can't remember how I got there or came back. I cannot identify where it is either, the place is engulfed in the thickest fog. I had an interview with their leader again. This time he introduced himself as Pwi Dua and seems to trust me more and more." - Wael
Located at Jawe Do on the northside of Ija Nöj. Swim to the bottom of the pond to see entrance of an underwater cave with an owl drawing. Possess a crab to travel through the opening and then swim up to find the chest. Possess a crab again to cut the chains on the chest.

11. Pink Key
"Pwi Dua has chosen me as his pupil. I am learning a lot about what is going on through his teachings. He gave me this headband, I'm not sure what it symbolizes but he wears the same feathers on his head. This is stranger than anything I ever expected. He call his army the Ajuju, and tells me they are preparing for a great event called the laenge, but I'm not sure what it is yet. I keep finding pieces of evidence. I'll store them in these chests for the time being." - Wael
Located west of the Kaori Tree, down the cliffside from the dirt road. The cave has an owl marking beside it and can be entered after clearing the entrance with explosives. Once inside, possess a Dog to use dig to access the chest.

"Pwi Dua goes on rants about the laenge and I can barely keep up. He says that the goal is to gather enough resources and power to reach something -or someone- known as Koningomen. He is truly obsessed with this." - Wael
Located at the Shipwreck between Ija Nöj and Madra Nöj. Swim straight down from the bridge that has the cranes holding the yellow and gray containers. After reaching the ocean floor, swim in the direction of the containers above to see the treasure chest. Possess a crab to cut the chains to open it.

"According to Pwi Dua, the only way to trigger the laenge is to reach Koingomen. And for that they need to build a tower, a really really tall tower he calls the Draie. It's all starting to sound like the ravings of a madman. The old man came back and gave me this fourth mask. He told me about a legendary fifth one too." - Wael
Located north of the beached ship Meelo on the north coast of the southern side of Ija Nöj. An X can be found beside a large white tree up the hill. Possess a Dog to dig it up and then possess a Crab to cut the chains on it.

"Pwi Dua tells me that, over the ages, there have been six attempts at building the Draie. None was successful as the towers were either destroyed or abandoned before completion. He tells me it would usually take over a thousand years to build such a structure but he say he has a plan: 'Gathering the power of Meavora'. He is definately crazy. Meavora is a made up character from children stories! They paint that symbol on everything, what could it represent?"
Found in a cave on the side of Pûrû Mii with an owl drawing beside it. Possess a small object or a crab to enter the cave. Once inside, use explosive to destroy the rock wall and expose the treasure chest.

15. Red Stripes Key
"Today things went too far. In a final show of trust, Pwi Dua decided to show me how he is building his Ajuju army. He brought me to a place on the outskirts of the headquarters. A bright blue light started glowing from the incredibly dense fog. He urged me not to look directly into the light for too long. A group of people were brought over and forced to walk into the blinding halo. As they were pushed in, their panicked screams slowly faded away into a chilling silence. When they walked out, their skin had turned grey and their eyes were completely empty, soulless. I don't think they were human anymore. They had become Pwi Dua's mindless slaves, and he has hundreds of them by now, waiting for his orders. I cannot stay any longer!"
South of Aëmoon are two islands surrounded by the river. The north island features a broken bridge. The Treasure Chest can be found underneath the remains of the bridge in the water. Possess a crab to cut the chains on the chest.

"I'm never going back. I've missed the last pickup and they must be looking for me by now. I've managed to stay out of sight so far. The fruit diet has helped me stay nimble and reactive. Aircraft raids have intensified, and the city has gone quiet. Something is brewing." - Wael
Located north of Koilo on Madra Nöj. The cave can be found by standing near the pipe facing Xupi Nüü. Use explosives to open the cave entrance, possess a Dog to unearth the treasure chest, and possess a Crab to cut the chains.

"It is real! I can't believe it. Ga Ngazo has been torn apart. The throne room is floating in the sky above Aëmoon. I found this piece of cloth among the rubbles. I'll keep it as evidence. Meavora is real. He is here! I don't think anyone has seen him with their own eyes yet, but who else could bear such power? If Meavora is real, hopefully the Masked Warrior is too? I don't know who else could help us at this point." - Wael
Found near the zig zag path leading to Xupi Nüü. The cave entrance can be found to the left in the cliffs outside the factory. An owl drawing and torch can be seen beside the entrance. Soul-Jump into a rock within the cave to enter it. Once inside, possess a dog to dig up the treasure and possess a crab to cut the chains.

Located on Ieji Sinöe south of the Mwaken Village within the cliffside. Use explosives to expose the entrance. Crouch to enter the cave and possess a dog to dig up the treasure.

"I'm still unsure if what I saw was a dream or not. The Masked Warrior is real too! Not only that but there were TWO of them! One of them was missing an arm, so it definately is the one from the legends. But who is the other one? They were definately working together, too. They raided an aircraft on Madra Nöj and saved a dozen people from being abducted. They arrived from the sky, just like in the stories. We might have a chance after all. I found this weird instrument after the battle. I think they use it to perform rituals or something." - Wael
Located on Ieji Sinöe, north of the Race Challenge. The large cave can be found beside the large statue. Once inside, head to the back to see wooden markers. A crack can be seen in the wall to the left of the markers. Use explosives to destroy it and possess a Crab to enter the small entrance. Next, travel to the back of this cave to find the treasure chest. Possess a crab again to cut the chains.

20. Silver Key
"I need to find a safe place to plan my next moves. I spotted this little remote island. It seems uninhabited and I will head there tomorrow. I cannot carry much so I will leave this strange costume here. I think they use it for some sort of ritual. I am not sure exactly what's next, but I have to gather my strength if I want to help somehow." - Wael
Located west of Gutu which is north of Ija Nöj. The underwater cave can be found in the reef by the cluster of Clam Pearls. Swim down to see the cave entrance beside a large owl statue. Once inside, possess a crab to cut the chains on the chest.

"I have been camping here for about three weeks, but I need to leave the island in a hurry. I can see a boat approaching as I write this message, and I can't trust anyone! It looks like two men are on board. One may be carrying something in his hands? I can barely see. This will be my final note. I can't afford to leave traces around anymore. I'm leaving the headpiece for the strange costume I found. I don't know if it can be of any use. To whomever makes it all the way here. Don't trust the Spider and beware of the New Moon." - Wael
Located on a small island beside Uma. The treasure chest can be found at the base of the pine tree on the north side of the island. Possess a Dog to dig it up and then a crab to cut the chains.
