Chapter VII - The Factories is the eighth chapter of Tchia. It starts after Gaby and Louise are kidnapped by Pwi Dua in Weliwele.

Story Overview[]
After reuniting with Louise, Tchia rushes back to Weliwele where Pwi Dua is forcing everyone into his aircraft.
Tchia is unable to help as the aircraft flies away with Louise, Gaby, Hunahmi's Chief and many other inhabitants on board.
Tchia is approached by Youl, a young boy who seems eager to help.
Walkthrough[]
Following the cutscene where Tchia meets Youl, the player will be transported to the Wildlife Refuge on the northside of Ija Nöj. At the end of the cutscene, perform a "cool handsake" with Youl by pressing the prompt on the screen. Once the cutscene finishes, travel to Xupi Maano on Madra Nöj. Once there, another cutscene will play revealing that Joxu, Gaby and the Hunahmi Chief are being held there. From here you will be tasked with shutting down the three other factories on the island: Xupi Mäcii, Xupi Nüü, and Xupi Atü. Once at each factory, use the Film Camera to take pictures of places around each location that are marked to reveal their weakness.
At Xupi Atü, take pictures of the smokestacks to reveal its weakness. The factory has three drills that must be destroyed with explosives. Use the Invoke Mwaken Soul-Melody to summon and possess a Mwaken and shoot explosives into drills. Drills will take multiple hits from explosives before they can be destroyed. The factory will be shutdown once all three drills are destroyed.
Xupi Mäcii is located directly east of Aëmoon. Taking pictures of marked areas in the factory reveals its weakness to be a series of 11 batteries. Use the Slingshot or explosives to destroy them. All batteries can be found by following glowing cords that lead back to the main battery that powers Xupi Maano. Once a battery is destroyed, the cord leading to it will no longer glow which makes them easy to track.
Xupi Atü can be found on the far east side of the island. For this factory, you must free a captive Xetiwa that is found in the large white building. This can be done by possessing a Crab and cutting the four chains that are holding the creature down. Crabs can be found inside one of the offices of the building. The Invoke Crab Soul-Melody can be used to quickly accomplish the task.
With all three factories shutdown, travel back to Xupi Maano. All three chimneys will now be exposed. Climb to the top of each chimney and destroy them by throwing explosives into them. Multiple explosives are needed to destroy a single chimney so summon and posses a Mwaken to do this quickly. After all three chimneys have been destroyed, a cutscene will play and the chapter will end.
