The Boat is an activity available in Tchia. It is unlocked at the end of Chapter II - Tre's Camp as a gift from Tre. The Boat is used to traverse water in and around each island. The Boat is controlled by interacting with the sail and helm. By interacting with the sail, Tchia can increase or decrease the Boat's speed. The helm is then used to steer the boat. As such, Tchia must interact with the sail first and then run to the helm in order to control the Boat effectively. Should the boat become stuck on land, Tchia can jump off it and push it back in the water. To prevent the boat from drifting away after leaving you, Tchia can also drop the boats anchor. While Tchia herself is not marked on the Map unless a Orientation Sign is interacted with, the Boat's location will always be marked. This can be useful when navigating around the environment.
The Boat can be spawned at any Dock should Tchia lose track of it or it is too far away from her current location. Additionally, its sail, flag, floaters, wood, and carpet can be customized by interacting with the dock. These cosmetics can be found throughout in environment in Valuables Chests and Cosmetic Boxes.
